Furry.

Hi everyone! Hope your week is coming along great.
So, last year I was on a hunt for the perfect fur vest. I searched high and low and just couldn’t seem to find anything that didn’t look like it belonged in the dumpster, or didn’t shed like bad weave.
Finally! I came along this gorgeous piece online at Nordstrom and just had to have it! And you wouldn’t believe it, but it was less than one hundred bucks! Of course I had to make do with a size 2x when I really would have liked a 3x better. But that was even for the better, since I lost a bit of weight recently, it fits even better, so it worked out great.
Looking at this outfit, every other piece is from Torrid, except for the bag which is Ralph Lauren.

P.S: If you haven’t tried the Slim Fix Pixie Pant by Torrid yet, you have got to give it a try! I’m wearing it in these pictures and I love it! The control is pretty amazing.
Thanks for stopping by! Until next time!

Fall Neutrals.

Hello everyone!
Hope your week has gotten off to a great start.
A couple of the pieces I’m wearing in this post, I’ve had for over a couple of year and had never worn.   For example, this bootie. When I first got it, it was too tight and comfortable and honestly, not my size but I just couldn’t pass it up lol. But some years later and viola! Fits like a glove! Another one is this Love Your Style by Kmart vest. Sadly, the line has been discontinued but they had a couple of gems among the crowd of mediocre fare they offered and this vest is a good example.

LYS vest, Ashley Stewart crop top and bracelet, random skirt, The Limited bag, Brash by Payless booties.

Thanks for stopping by! And have a great week ahead!

Leather & Camel.

Hello guys! Happy Sunday!
Sundays are my favorite day of the week because 9 out of 10 Sundays are usually sunny and warm and everyone’s usually happy on a Sunday lol.
Anyways, recently the thrift stores around me have been loosing their appeal. The selection has really dwindled down just as the prices have risen up to the roof so I just stayed away for a while. But on my latest venture out to one, I found this gorgeous Harvè Bernard coat and I fell in love, basically since I have been on the hunt for a long, camel coat. I also found a black, midi, leather trench that I cannot wait to wear once it gets cold enough! Needless to say, my faith in thrift stores was renewed that day!

Harvè Bernard coat, Ashley Stewart turtleneck, leather skirt & cuff, Shoes of Prey leopard pumps, random clutch, F21 necklace.

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful week ahead!

Longline

Hello everyone!
TGIF!!! I don’t really have any grand plans for this weekend but I am so glad to see the end of this week, it was a pretty rough one at work.
So, as you can probably tell, I absolutely love these booties seeing as it is currently the most worn item in my closet. It is seriously the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned, no joke. Doesn’t help that its super bad ass as well.
I am loving the longline cardigan trend lately, so when I found this one at Avenue, I scooped it up real quick. Can’t wait to pair it with some leather leggings.

Eloquii crop top and skirt, Avenue cardigan, Torrid booties, FTF clutch and bracelet, MK watch.

Thanks for stopping by! Have a blast this weekend!

It’s a Plaid World…

Hello everyone! Hope you’re having a great week so far.
So, when I walked into my local FTF store and sighted this plaid jacket, I completely, utterly fell in love.  I love the edge and versatility of this piece, you can dress it down with some jeans or up with some dress slacks.
I decided to wear it for a tour through the Hirshhorn museum with Valery and Vivi. We had a blast trying to decipher some of the art displayed.

The Green Blazer

Happy Sunday! Its been a heck of a week and i was super stoked to see Friday roll in. I got some much needed chill time this weekend. So I really love this skirt from Torrid, its such a feminine and very flattering silhouette. I paired it with a crop top also from Torrid and one of my thrifted blazers. Really love the gold buttons on this blazer, its one of my faves. The clutch purse is one of my creations and gold heels completed this look.
